Who we are
Ways Hospitality Jobs (wayshospitalityjobs.com) is run by Ways Hospitality. Contact: info@wayshospitality.it.
What we collect
When you create an account and post a role or a profile we collect your email address and what you write in the form: the listing, the name of your venue or your full name, the contact person, your phone number and, if you upload it, your CV.
What is public
Only the listing: role or profile headline, place, contract, description and, for roles, the pay if you add it. Personal names, phone numbers, contact people and CVs are never shown on the site: only Ways Hospitality sees them. Venue names stay private too, except for roles in Italy: there the role shows the venue name and the email for applications, because candidates apply directly to the venue.
Why we use it
To check listings before we publish them, to introduce venues and candidates, and to contact you about your listing. When you apply for a role through us we pass your application to that venue; for roles in Italy you apply directly to the venue. When a venue asks about your profile, we speak with you before we share your details. For now we do not publish profiles of people based in Italy.
Services we use
The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy. When you type a place in a form, the text is sent to Photon (komoot, OpenStreetMap data) to suggest the city. Fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts. Our emails are sent with MailPoet, a newsletter service by Automattic.
Newsletter and updates
If you tick the box in the form, we email you new roles, candidates, hospitality tips and news about Ways Hospitality services, and we keep the date you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email or by writing to info@wayshospitality.it. Without the tick, we only email you about your account and your listings.
How long we keep it
Listings close after 60 days. You can delete your listings from My listings, and you can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time by email.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@wayshospitality.it.
